Who We Are

The Sanitation and Hygiene Awareness/Research Project (SHARP) is a student led, non-profit organisation that focuses on raising awareness regarding issues related to hygiene and sanitation. It is an active, cooperative project that emphasizes on the need for a clean and healthy living environment.

Hygeia, the Greek goddess of health and hygiene, primarily sets up the background for our logo. Our logo represents a serpent-entwined Bowl of Hygeia which is the symbol of pharmacy.

 

Aims and Agendas:
One of the primary aspects of human existence is the need for proper hygiene facilities. Our main aim is to propagate the idea of sustainable living through simple steps in hygienic living. We also stand to empower people to take this serious matter in their own hands for the world is ours to save.
